Trade Advertising Notice

The Business Advertsement Disclosure Order 1977 came into effect on January 1st 1978 and requires all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods in the course of business to make the fact clear.
This requirement applies, whether the advertiser is able to tell whether the advertisement relates to the sale by a trader or private seller

It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with this order. It is an offence for which you may be prosecuted not to advertise the fact that you are a trader.

Adverts in the Classified section are free for private advertisers only.
Trade and Business advertisers please check the Advertising section for our low cost packages

All advertised items must be of a legal nature, ie. no unlicensed weapons, drugs or counterfeit goods

Private adverts will run for two weeks, you may rebook or alter your advert at any time.
Please let us know as soon as you have sold your item

When placing an advert you will be asked to choose a password, when altering or
re-booking an advert simply
contact us with the details and your password

If you choose to display your contact details with your advert, be aware that this information is accessible to anyone with an internet connection
